US judge says could hold Trump administration in criminal contempt of court

A US judge on Wednesday found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in criminal contempt for defying orders to halt deportations to an El Salvador prison. Judge James Boasberg warned of potential prosecutions, escalating a clash over presidential powers. Trump has previously called for Boasberg’s impeachment.
